Rooted in Gratitude, Reaching the World

Rahma HomeStudy (RHS) began its journey in 2002 in Nairobi, Kenya, as a humble homeschool with just one student. Shortly thereafter, 23 refugee learners from Somalia joined the program, studying English as a Second Language alongside their parents.

They named the school “Rahma”, meaning mercy, as a testimony of gratitude—recognizing God’s mercy in providing them with quality education, compassionate teaching, and hope in a foreign land.

In 2012, RHS relocated to Kitengela, where it has since grown and firmly established itself as a leading Cambridge Curriculum Kindergarten and Kenya’s premier Cambridge online school. Today, RHS serves families locally and globally, offering flexible, high-quality education grounded in strong values and academic excellence.
